The coffee house will be open from 9:15 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. each Sunday morning. Come in and grab a cup of coffee before heading to Sunday School or the 9:37 Experience or sit and browse the books and magazines in the library. Regular, decaf, and flavored coffee will be available, as well as tea. Pastries and sweets will also be offered. Free will offering for all drinks and food.
Weekly/Monthly Small Groups for Youth & Adults
Bible Study:
Rev. Mike Mather teaches a Bible Study on Monday evenings for one hour at 6:30 p.m. Each week will cover a Biblical Story from the Hebrew Scriptures (Daniel in the Lion’s Den, Shadrach Meshach and Abednego in the fiery furnace, Samson and Delilah, etc.). If you wish to come to one or more of these, you are more than welcome! Come every week -- learn the stories of our faith, meet others in the congregation, and talk together about meaningful things. *This is seasonal please call the church or email Mike to see if/when this study is meeting.
AA Meeting:

MaleSurvivor:
The goal of MaleSurvivor is to provide a group that can show empathy and sympathy for other males who have been sexually abused, raped or have any other issues with sexual exploitation. The Group Membership Requirements: Be a Survivor of Sexual abuse, rape or any sexual exploitation, be a non-perpetrator, be 18 years of age or older and be willing to commit to regular attendance. Broadway is simply hosting the meetings so it is imperative that Mr Stratton is contacted via email or by calling 812-756-3769 for dates and times for future meetings.
Spiritual Studies Group:
This group seeks spiritual growth through reading a variety of books and through discussion on the books. The members build personal faith based on their own experiences and the insights from others. They love each other, pray for each other and encourage each other in joyous living. The group meets in the Conference Room each Friday, 11 to noon (except the first Friday of the month when they meet at 10:00 a.m.). All are invited!
United Methodist Women:
The UMW are a community of women whose purpose is to know God, to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ, to develop a creative, supportive fellowship, and to expand concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries of the church. There are circles that meet at various times of the year. These circles explore study books, studies of missions, donate monies to global and local missions, and participate in hands-on missions of the church. They also sponsor a retreat and fellowship meals during the year.
First Fridays:
Is a group who meet on the first Friday of every month at George’s Neighborhood Grille, 6935 Lake Plaza Dr. in the Avalon Crossing Strip Mall map. Gathering starts at 6:30 p.m. This is a great opportunity to catch up with friends, meet new folks, and enjoy good food. Hope to see you there.
Day Camp:
For children Kindergarten thru sixth grade—meets one week in June from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Marott Park. This year the Camp will be held in June. Registration forms are available in the church office. Transportation from the church is available. Nature, Bible lessons, crafts.
