Hazel owns a little take and go restaurant. De’Amon asked her what her dream would be for her place. Hazel said that she would like to provide food for Meals on Wheels for seniors. Hazel said she also needs an oven and a new freezer. Hazel likes that people come in and get their food, because she doesn’t want to wait on anyone. Hazel has a few catering jobs and serves fried foods, some side dishes, and salads. Hazel also serves turkey for those who do not eat pork. Hazel right now is taking some classes at Ivy Tech for culinary school. Hazel said that they have her taking pre-requisites, when she wants to just learn some new cooking techniques. Hazel said she is self-taught in cooking.
