Reverend Alicia Baker strives to put her faith in action to help create a more just and equitable society. With over 10 years of experience working with non-profit and faith-based organizations, Alicia is passionate about educating and empowering individuals to become compassionate, informed, and engaged global citizens. Additionally, she has been an advocate for reproductive justice on a national level and is also the Indiana Community Engagement Manager for findhelp.org, a nationwide social care network that helps connect people to social services with dignity and ease. She earned her B.A. in Global Studies from Azusa Pacific University, and her M.A. in Intercultural Studies, International Development, and Urban Studies from Fuller Theological Seminary.
A native Californian adjusting to life in the Midwest, Alicia enjoys exploring Indy on foot, bike, and rollerblades. In her spare time, you can find her playing soccer, having a pint of craft beer with friends, or going on adventures with her life partner, Josh, and rescue pup, Teddy.
